Dominic J. Mancini, age 77, passed away at his home in Palm Bay, Florida on Tuesday, June 30, 2015  Born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey, he lived most of his life there before moving to Hudson, Florida in 2000 and only recently to Palm Bay, Florida. He worked as a driver all of his life and loved coaching sports.Â
His family includes his son and daughter in law, David and Dorothy Mancini of Palm Bay, Florida; grandson, David J. Mancini of Tampa, Florida; granddaughter, Kimberly M. Floyd of St. Augustine, Florida; grandson, Thomas J. Mancini of Palm Bay, Florida; his great grandchildren, Kaislie C. Floyd, Amayla G Floyd and Gabriel Mancini; his brothers and their wifes, Mark and Mary Mancini, John and Jo Mancini, and Anthony and MarieElaine Mancini; and his brother in law, George Constantino.Â

James Altzner, 84, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2015 following a long illness.
Jim was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 10, 1931 to Peg and Fred Altzner. After attending John Marshall High School, Jim enlisted in the U.S. Navy and proudly served with the Seabee Battalion during the Korean Conflict from 1951 to 1955. On October 20, 1951 he married his high school sweetheart, Patricia Ross. Jim was stationed in many parts of the world while serving his country, including Morocco; Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; and St. John, Newfoundland. After receiving an Honorable Discharge he returned to Cleveland and began his apprenticeship as a carpenter. Jim expanded his passion and knowledge to many areas of the construction industry. His career included being a custom homebuilder; commercial builder; general superintendent; and Director of Skilled Trades for the City of Cleveland. Before retiring in 1992, Jim was the General Superintendent for the Marriott Corporation, responsible for building dozens of Residence Inns and Marriott Courtyards in the Southeast. He is remembered for his humor, strong will, and the pride he took in his accomplishments in life, which included his family. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Pat Altzner; sons Jim (Marcelle) and Jeff (Rocio); grandchildren, Jennifer, Melissa, Kate, Lauren, Angela and Patrick; and great-grandchildren Grayson James Ramsey and Lila Ramsey. His brother, Bill Altzner, of Palm City, Florida, also survives him.

Billy Nichols, 72, died Tuesday, July 1, 2015. As he wished, he passed away at his home. He was born in Loudon, TN. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, smoking, and joking. He was an example of a hard worker with a can do attitude, and a mentor to not only his children, but many others as well.His words of wisdom and generosity and love will be sorely missed.

Benjamin F. Clark, Jr., 89, of Melbourne, FL died July 2, 2015. He was born in Gibsonville, NC on December 31, 1925 to Benjamin F. and Hallie Strickland Clark, Sr.
His family includes his sons Michael E. Clark and David A. Clark; brother Robert Clark; sister Thelma Clark Fox; grandchildren Matthew, Allison, Jonathan, and Jaime; and loving companion Mildred Scheidel.
He was preceded in death by his sisters Ruth and Zula.
He was a long time structural design engineer and loved to travel. Joining the US Navy at age 16 with the permission of his parents, he served as a hospital corpsman during WWII seeing action in the Pacific.

William Joseph Casenhiser - December 18, 1935 - July 05, 2015
Bill, 79, passed away suddenly at his Melbourne home Sunday evening. He is survived by Elaine, his wife of 57 years, and their five children Edward Casenhiser (Kathryn), Susan Mazzeo (Vincent), William Casenhiser Jr. (Suzanne), Stephen Casenhiser (Renata) and Kathleen Liatos (James); his eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Bill was born in Akron, Ohio on December 18, 1935 to Robert L. Casenhiser, Sr. and Mildred J. Lotze Casenhiser. He was the second of eleven children. He attended Saint Paul Catholic Grade School and Garfield High School in Akron.
While serving as a reservist for the United States Navy, he met Elaine, and they married at Saint Josephâs Catholic Church in Massillon, Ohio in 1957. Bill worked for the Summit County Engineering Department as a road and bridge inspector before retiring to Palm Bay in 1987.
Elaine and Bill are parishioners at Saint Josephâs Catholic Church in Palm Bay.

John "Doc" Morales went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at the young age of 70.
John was born in Davenport, IA and moved to Brevard County in 1989. John was an Army Veteran.
John and his wife of 33 years, Dottie "Dinger", met at the Assembly of God Church in Dubuque, IA. He was a maintenance man and she was the church secretary. They married September 5, 1981 in Eldridge, IA.
John's passions included reading The Word, sharing the Lord with others, family, friends, fishing, hunting, gardening and hanging out with his dog Esther.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gavin and Laura Prynn, his father Ausencio Morales, his mother Roweena "Bobbie" (Prynn) Peel and his stepfather William "Willie" Peel.
he is survived by his loving wife, Dottie (Montag) Morales; five children, Teresa (Norman) Waters of Davenport, IA, Scott Morales of Davenport, IA, Melissa Ihrig of Davenport, IA, John Morales Jr. of Dowagiac, MI, and David Morales of Dowagiac, MI; three stepsons, Joseph Vondran of Palm Bay, FL, Tomothy (Tammy) Vondran of Palm Bay, FL and Daniel (Donna) Vondran of Springdale, AZ ; twenty five grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

Donnie Burrows, 83, of Middleburg Fl. passed away on July 9th 2015 at his home. Donnie was born in Grantsville West Virginia.
He joined the Air Force and was stationed at Patrick Air Force Base. He then worked for NASA for 40 years as a fuel mechanic.
Donnie enjoyed spending time with his family & playing music with his guitar.

Roy Edison Watt, 85, of Melbourne, FL passed away peacefully on July 11, 2015. He was born on October 2, 1929 in Darliston, Jamaica, West Indies, to Ernest and Agnes Watt.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Frank Watt and sister Kathleen Richards.
Roy is survived by his wife of 55 years Norma; son Peter; sisters Joyce (Seaton) Salkey and Sylvia Watt; brother Vernon Watt; nieces Carlyne, Opal, Michelle, Suzette and nephews Brent and Paul.
He retired from Brevard County schools transportation after 11 years of service and also worked as a real estate agent. Roy enjoyed playing tennis, gardening and traveling.

Frederick Joseph Nesius - April 07, 1923 - July 11, 2015
Frederick Joseph Nesius was born April 7, 1923 in Utica, New York. He died peacefully July 11, 2015, with his family nearby at home in Palm Bay, Florida. He was 92-years-old.
At the time of his passing, Fred was a husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to many.
He proudly served his country for 26 years, starting in the U.S. Navy during WWII, enlisting in December 1940 with his motherâs permission when he was 17. He sailed aboard the destroyer USS Roper in the Atlantic-European-Africa theaters, and aboard the USS Acontius and USS Capacon in the Pacific-Asiatic theaters. He was honorably discharged in April 1946 with the rank of Chief Petty Officer.
He attended Mohawk College in Utica, N.Y., studying business administration for one year before re-enlisting as a private in the USMC, serving an additional 20 years with postings at Headquarters USMC in Washington, D.C.; USMC Recruiting Station in Long Island, N.Y.; Camp Lejeune, N.C.; Marine Barracks Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; and Marine Corps Schools in Quantico, Va., retiring as a Master Gunnery Sergeant in 1967.
He met and married Dorothy Milstead in Washington D.C in 1948, his loving wife of 67 years.
Following his military service, he moved with his family to Palm Bay, Fla., working at Harris Corporation in the Property and Materials Department for 16 years until he retired in 1983.
Fred truly saw the world when he was in the Navy. For the rest of his life, he continued to travel, never again at sea, but always ready for a good road-trip.
He was an avid bowler, and a life-long fan of baseball. Golf was a passion, joining the Port Malabar Country Club and a member of the Hole-in-One Club at Patrick AFB. He was a faithful member of St. Josephâs Catholic Church and an usher at Mass for 25 years.
Our family can never thank enough, the CNAs, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, doctors and caseworkers over the past year for their care. Especially his primary care doctor and those at Palm Bay Hospital, Life Care Center of Palm Bay and Vitas Hospice. Youâve touched all of our lives with your concern and kindness.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Nesius; daughter Joan Nesius, son Douglas Nesius and his wife Shirley; son Steven Nesius and his wife Janet; sister Rosemary Methe; grandchildren Matthew Nesius and his wife Stephanie, Andrew Nesius, Mike Nesius, Sean Nesius and Alec Nesius; and great-grandson Zachary Nesius.

Lloyd George Coombs - March 20, 1948 - July 11, 2015
Mr. Lloyd George Coombs passed away on Saturday July 11th, 2015 at the age of 67. At the time of his death, he was surrounded by his wife and daughters who gave him lots of hugs and kisses.
Lloyd is survived by his beloved family and friends. His wife Cherian Coombs; Mother: Beulah Miller; Children: Georgia Rattray, Nicola Long, Serena Coombs and Karen Fisher-Wallen; Stepchildren: Courtney Stewart, Carl Stewart, Savannah Crooks and Delano Fisher; Grandchildren Dyllon Rattray, Johannah Long, Drew Rattray, Kevon Mair, Alesha Wallen, Danielle Fisher and Dyman Fisher; Siblings: Steadman McKay, Geraldine Miller, Marlene Coombs, Pauline Coombs, Henry Miller, Vivienne Walker and many other family and friends including (BCASCA).
Lloyd was born in Kingston, Jamaica on March 20th, 1948. After completing his studies at a technical college in Jamaica, he worked as a Teacher and the best Carpenter around. He taught at several schools in Jamaica prior to migrating to New York where he continued to teach Furniture Design, Technical Drawing and Carpentry.
Lloyd was a loving, charming man who enjoyed spending time with his loved ones, entertaining, cooking, (especially roast fish), listening and sharing music. He was an excellent cabinet maker who did not pass up an opportunity to make something out of wood.

She was born on January 19, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to Gustav and Evelyn Forster. She graduated MacKenzie High, Detroit, with honors. She married George McClain on March 19, 1949.
They retired to West Melbourne, Florida in 1995.
Jean was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Lee McClain.
She is survived by her husband, George; sons, Michael (Jane), George âRickâ (Brigette); daughter, Nancy Swartzbaugh (Tom); six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Margaret (Peggy) Fuchs, a loving mother, grandmother and sister went to be with the lord on Monday, July 13, 2015. Peggy was born January 8, 1935 in Elizabethton, Tennessee and moved to Florida in 1955.
Peggy enjoyed baking, playing cards and traveling. She was a kind and loving woman who was devoted to her family. She was respected and loved by her family and friends and will remain forever in our hearts until we meet again.

Karen E. Cameron, 59, died Monday July 13, 2015 at Palm Bay Community Hospital.
Mrs. Cameron is a fifth generation Floridian, born in Lake Worth, Florida. She came to Brevard County in 1968.
She was a devout member of the Melbourne Community Church, and avid supporter of Love Inc.
Mrs. Cameron will be greatly missed by many. She is survived by her siblings Ray Lewis, Alan Lewis, Gordon Phillips, Wayne Phillips, James Phillips, Meda Martell, and Gail Porchiazzo; her children Christopher Cameron, Brandy Cameron, Jessica Anz, and Sean Cameron and her three grandchildren Catherine Cameron, Cameron Anz, and Christopher Cameron.

John Franklin Avery - May 28, 1945 - July 14, 2015
John Avery, called âPeepawâ by his children and grandchildren, was called Home to eternal rest by his Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ on the evening of July 14, 2015. He left us peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Palm Bay Hospital, having been broken hearted at his wifeâs departure to Heaven, only 6 months prior.
John was born on May 28, 1945 to the late Lincoln Avery and Hildegarde Westfall Avery in Alexandria, Virginia. He graduated from George Washington High School and attended Chowan College, before enlisting in the United States Air Force in 1965. He served as a Radio Intercept Operator in Italy and Libya during the Vietnam War, receiving the rank of Airman 1st Class and an Honorable Discharge in 1971.
John served for 27 years in the Alexandria Police Department, where he also met and married Martha Jean (Jeanie, Geeya) Padgett Avery in October of 1974. Together, they lovingly raised their 3 children Scott W. Avery, Jennifer L. Avery Wilson, and Alicia A. Avery-Shuey, before moving to Melbourne, FL in the year 2000. He worked for the Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne dealership for 9 years as a courtesy driver.
John was exceptionally proud of his 5 grandchildren, Gannon Avery, Destin Avery-Shuey, Isabelle Wilson, Gabrielle Wilson, and Elise Wilson. He was always the first to volunteer for endless games of chess, Connect 4, Go-Fish, Candyland, or a swim in the pool with the grandkids. They also will remember his funny jokes, nose wiggling, and famous "Donald Duck" voice. John also enjoyed working on his old Ford Model A cars, relaxing on the beach, fishing, and enjoying a cold beverage in the garage. He will be remembered best for his jovial attitude, playful antics, and very generous spirit.

Leonard James Velliquette - April 08, 1965 - July 17, 2015
Leonard James Velliquette, 50, died Friday, July 17, 2015 after a 2 ½ year battle with cancer. He was born in Toledo, OH and moved to Tampa, FL with his family at age 4.
After obtaining a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tampa Tech, he moved to Palm Bay to work at Harris Semiconductor, now Intersil. He loved repairing the wafer fab equipment. It was regularly said that he could fix anything.
Leonard had an excellent sense of humor and the quick wit to go with it. He always made those around him laugh. He also was an amazing cook and often couldnât help but seize control of the kitchen when we were visiting friends. He was very musically inclined and played guitar for many years. He had quite the collection of different types of guitars.
A loving and devoted husband and father, his immediate family includes his wife, Regina; sons, Colton and Cody of Palm Bay; daughter, Alexa and her husband, Ryan of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by two brothers, a sister, their spouses, loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a host of long-time friends.
