Rebecca C. Wiseman Palm Bay Rebecca (Becky) C., Wiseman, 59, of Palm Bay, FL, entered into a new life on Thursday, October 15, 2009 to be with her Heavenly Father, following a long illness with cancer. She was born on July 11, 1950 in Ames Heights, WV and moved to Palm Bay from Beckley, WV in March, 1973. She was a hair dresser for 41 years and owner/ operator of Hair Attractions in Palm Bay for ten years. She was predeceased by her mother, Almedia Hedrick; sister, Victoria Staton, both of Crab Or chard, WV, and grandson, Cody of Melbourne, FL. She is survived by her husband, Robert E. Wiseman; son, Michael R. Wiseman Sr. (Becky); two daughters, Carla L. Swartz (Danny) and Kimberly L. Wiseman, all of Palm Bay stepdaughter, Alma M. Williams (Adam) of Vero Beach, FL, five grandsons, three granddaughters, five great-grandsons, four great-granddaughters; father, John L. Hedrick Sr.; sisters, Beulah Monarchy (James) of Palm Bay, and Gertrude Dabbs (John) of Charlotte, NC, and brother, John L. Hedrick Jr. (Jill) of Crab Orchard, WV. InA memorial service for Becky will be held at the Fellowship United Method ist Church, 975 Malabar Rd NW, Palm Bay, FL, Thurs day, October 22nd at 6:30 p.m. with the Rev. Shirley Groom, Rev. Nancy Rusk, and the Rev. Jeff Clermont officiating. lieu of flowers it was Becky's wishes that donations be made to the family.

Doris M. Lewis, 70, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013. She was born on June 27, 1942 in Leckrone, PA to the late Theodore and Isabella Walters. She married Robert L. Lewis on December 18,1962.They lived in Connecticut from 1977 to 1996 then retired and moved to Palm Bay, Florida. She had worked for 10 years for Acme United in Connecticut and 9 years for Dresser Inc., also in Connecticut as an assembly worker. Doris lived a full life. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, building puzzles and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert in 2000, a son Roland in 1994, a son in law James Dillow in 2011, five brothers Eugene, Henry, Thomas,William and Harold and two sisters Elsie and Betty. Her family includes her daughter Doreen Dillow of Smithfield, PA, daughter and son in law Vicki and Dale Nemeth of Palm Bay; six grandchildren, Robert, Jennifer, Steven, Shannon, Dale Jr. and Adam; eight great grandchildren Robbie, Cierra, Erik, Gavin, Zander, Faith, Bianca and Alanna and three brothers Leroy, Donald and Earl. The family wishes to thank Vitas Hospice for the devoted care given to Doris. With their caring and endearing ways, they made the journey for her family bearable.

Emily Suzanne (Suzi) King was born into this world on August 11, 1980 in Charleston WV on a beautiful sunny day. On June 19, 2013 God decided to bring her home on another sunny day. She filled our days with sunshine and happiness and she is and will be sorely missed. She was surrounded by familyand friends when she went home to be with the Lord. She had an active childhood, playing all stars softball, cheerleading and was an honor student. She grew up in St. Albans, WV and was a graduate of St. Albans High School. She later attended WV State University and Kaiser University in Florida. She is survived by her parents, Emily Moseley Hack and Robert Keith King. She lived at home with her mother in Palm Bay, FL. She is also survived by her son, Aaron James Blankenship; her brother Jerry L. Billups, II and family of St. Cloud, FL; sisters Sally Hart and family of Lake Worth, FL and Jennifer Seeman and family of Chatsworth, GA, her uncle James E. Moseley, II and wife Martha and family of San Antonio, TX, her aunt Beverly Moseley Weiner and daughter Stephanie (Scooter) of Charleston,WV and special friends Travis Reed, Shannon Wills and Jada Martin. She was preceded in death by her grandparents James and Mildred Moseley and Walter and Sally King; her brother Stephen King, her cousin James E. Mosley III, and aunt Donna Reed.

Arthur “Joe” Herbert Marshall passed away on Thursday, January 22 at the young age of 92. Joe was born in Terre Haute, IN and came to Brevard County in 1983 from Brookfield, WI, where he began a second career with Dole Citrus after retiring from Pabst Brewing Co. as National Credit Manager after 40 years of loyal service. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Marilyn; his parents Charles and Elizabeth; and siblings, Mary Jane Mohr and John Marshall. Survivors include daughters, Anne Cox (Paul) of West Melbourne and Trudy Marshall (Fred Pielert) of Minneapolis, MN; sons, Steven Marshall (Mary) of Menomonee Falls, WI and Michael Marshall (Judy) of Locust Valley, NY; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Joe’s passions included family, athletics, cars and scotch. Joe’s athletic career included a Chicago Cubs pro baseball team tryout, and star baseball and basketball player at Wiley High School and Indiana University. Joe loved spending time with young people, especially his family. His love for cars began as a young man and continued into his 90s when he purchased his last and most beloved car, his red Cadillac Eldorado. Nicole Marie Chodzinski and her unborn baby, Lincoln Joseph Lucas, entered heaven on January 25th, 2015. Known as Nikki to most, she was born in Melbourne, FL and graduated from Melbourne High School in 1999, where she was a member of the Bulldog Cheerleading Squad. She was 35 years old and resided in Cocoa, FL. She received her honorary certificate of completion from the Academy of Cosmetology in Merritt Island and was known as an amazing and talented stylist. She is survived by her mother, Cheryl Campbell, sister, Jennifer Dungan, fiance', Aaron Lucas, and the following extended family members: Julia Chodzinski (grandmother), Craig Dungan (brother-in-law), Clark Dungan (nephew), Gillian Dungan (niece), Eleanor Gray (great aunt), Lisa Laney (aunt), Cindy Snyder (aunt), Randy Snyder (uncle), Robert Gray (uncle), Ann Filtz (aunt), Christine Bessler (aunt) and the following cousins: McCall Wylie, Danna Murphy, Dan Snyder, Amanda Filtz, Katie Derrick, and Jonathan Filtz. Laures Ira “Larry” Crane, 91, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015. Larry was born in Lansing, Michigan on November 20, 1923 to the late Harold and Eda (Carls) Crane. He was an Army veteran of WW II, serving all over Europe. His family includes a daughter, Laurie Crane; four grandchildren, Lisa Terrill, Rhonda Webster, Angela Welch and Nathan Kirby; sixteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; many neices and nephews and his special friend, Doris Ray. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Lucy Crane and an infant son, Luis Crane. “And the dust returns to the earth as it was and the spirit returns to God Who gave it.” Ecclesiastes 12:7

Melba Beckmann, age 95, passed on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Beckmann in 2001. She lived a long christian life. Her family includes her step-daughters, Renee Austin and Sharon Austin; grandson, Aidan Dwyer; nieces, Mary Sue Arthur and Susan Bartlett; nephews, James Bartlett and Jerry Pigg; one god-daughter, Candy Johnson; along with many dear friends.

Olga Legan, 88, retired banker, died on Saturday, May 9th at her West Melbourne home. Mrs. Legan was born in Stamford, Connecticut, the daughter of Peter and Julia Gluz, and a 1944 graduate of Stamford High School. She came to Brevard County with her husband, Walter, in 1981 from Randolph, Vermont, after a distinguished career at the Randolph National Bank. Olga was an inspiration to others. She was an avid volunteer in the community, giving her time and abundant energy to many local organizations. She assisted others at the Daily Bread, Holmes Regional Medical Center, and the South Brevard Sharing Center. Mrs. Legan was a member of the Greater Palm Bay Senior Center, where she enjoyed helping with many activities, including one of her favorites, Bingo. Olga also was a member of the Our Lady of Lourdes Council of Catholic Women. After retiring from full-time employment, Olga began working 20 hours per week at Walmart in Palm Bay, remarkably retaining that pace until she was 80. She was active most of her life, and walked hundreds of miles with the Melbourne Square Mall Walkers Program. She spent many years making putts with the Women’s Golf League at the Crane Creek Reserve Golf Club. Olga loved golf and hopefully has a permanent tee time with her husband, Walter, from now on. She enjoyed going on outings with her Red Hat Society, whose members continued to accommodate her needs and treat her royally. Olga enjoyed the theater immensely and volunteered at the Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts, the Henegar Center, and the Melbourne Civic Theatre. It was very difficult for her to give up this life full of purpose and accomplishment, as well as all of the relationships that she formed while living in her community. Olga Legan is survived by three children, Walter A. Legan (Kathy) of Orlando, Dr. Thomas Legan (Mary Ann) of Corralitos, CA, and Patricia Young (Craig) of Charleston, SC. She dearly cherished her six grandchildren, Lance Legan of Orlando, Melanie Meisner of Orlando, Thomas Legan, Jr. of CA, John Legan of CA, Emily Young of TX, and Lindsay Young of TX. Olga had two great-grandchildren, Ellie, and Lucille, both of Orlando. She is predeceased by her husband, Walter V. Legan, her brother, Harry Gluz, and her sister, Dorothy Knudsen. Olga had a zest for life. She traveled the world and enjoyed exploring every avenue and opportunity. She had a keen sense of humor, which set people at ease. And above all, she loved her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.

Emma Ellen (Turner) Perry, age 72, passed on Sunday, May 17, 2015, at her home in Malabar, Fl Born in Hamilton, OH, she moved to Brevard county, FL in 1968. She will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother. She had a passion for travel, gardening, flowers and yard sales. She and her husband enjoyed 50 years of marriage, splitting their time between Florida and the North Georgia mountains. Her family includes daughter, Merideth Perry and her partner, Tami, of Malabar, Fl; son, David Perry and his wife, Julie, of Somerset, Ky; son Chris Perry and his wife, Lisa of Brighton, TN; sister, Rose Marie Von Seelen; granddaughter, Rachel Hemphill, and her children, Trystan, Ronin, and Daegan; grandson Justin Perry and his wife, Katie; granddaughter Marissa Simms, her husband Derek, and their Daughter Olivvia; grandson, Michael Perry and his wife, Elizabeth and their son Gabriel; step- grandchildren, Carlee and Seth King; along with her nieces, nephews, and friends. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Judith C. Shockley Merritt Island   Judith Cordell Shockley, 74, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Born in Sulphur Springs, AL, she moved to Cape Canaveral in 1962 from Miami, FL. Judy had a 50 year career at Kennedy Space Center in the Aerospace Industry. She worked in a variety of support positions in the field of Information Technology for Grumman, Lockheed Martin Space Operations, and United Space Alliance. She was a 40 year member of the IBEW Local 2088. She was an active member of the union serving as a Chief Steward, Executive Board member, and for many years was editor of the local Union newsletter. Judy is survived by her daughter, Sarah Shockley of Merritt Island; son, Tim Shockley, his wife Jennifer, and 3 grandchildren, Kristen, Noah, and Cole of Cocoa; sisters Cecelia Jackson of Ft. Payne, AL and Linda Cordell Stubbs of Middleburg, FL; brother Ken Cordell of Mentone, AL;. She was preceded in death by sister, Nancy Hakkarainen; and brothers, Ronald, Jerry, and Tom Cordell. Judy was smart, funny, and beautiful. She was loved by her family and will be deeply missed.

Steven Patrick Dullaghan, 86, went to be with the Lord Thursday, June 11, 2015. He moved to Melbourne in 2013 from Wading River, NY. After retiring from many years as a construction foreman, he found great pleasure in teaching driving safety for the AARP. During his years in construction he oversaw the reinforced concrete and steel of many of New York city's tall buildings, and a Nuclear power plant on Long Island. Enlisting in the U.S. Navy at age 17, he became a “Fighting Sea Bee”, serving on Saipan, Guam and Tiniai. He Enjoyed camping, boating, fishing, hiking, and cooked the best steak you could ask for. He was extraordinarily strong, and once swam across New York city's Jamaica Bay because someone said he couldn't. He had a very sharp mind for math, often solving complex problems without aid of paper or calculator. This allowed him to be an Excellent card player, with Pinochle being his favorite. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Anna, son Steven P. Dullaghan of Palm Bay, son James B Dullaghan of Patrick Air Force Base, stepson Warren Wilson of Oregon, sister Beverly Corey of Vermont, and five grandchildren.

Sylvia A. Robertson, 83, Passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the Palms Rehab and Healthcare Center Surrounded by her family. Sylvia was born March 10, 1932 in Binghamton, New York. She lived and raised her family in Grand Rapids, MI until she and her late husband of 55 years, Wesley A. Robertson moved to Palm Bay, Fl in 1990. She graduated from Davenport University with a degree in Business Administration; she was an Office manager at Deloite Haskins & Sells until she retired. Sylvia was a member and past Worthy High Priestess of the White Shrine of Jerusalem in Greenville, MI. She is survived by her children; Deborah (Francis) Meyers, David (Sherry) Robertson, and Randy Robertson. Grandchildren Troy (Mia) Taylor, Tamara (Jemel)Taylor Maloney, Kimberly (Joseph) Batley, Tanya Robertson, Nicole(Adam) Malozi, Elizabeth Wachira, Marc Robertson, and great-grandchildren; Jada Taylor, Jocelyn Taylor, Seth Robertson, Luke Wachira, Blake Malozi, Keira Taylor Maloney, Thomas Dunaway, and Sophia Powers. Sister-in-law Laura Nan Robertson. She is preceded in death by her husband Wesley, her parents William and Cleo Driver, and her brother Billy Driver.

Bill is survived by his loving wife Maxine; son Dr. William J. Monita I. Cote June 28, 1930 – June 23, 2015 Monita Irene Cote, 84 of Melbourne, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2015, following a short illness. She was surrounded by her loving family. Monita was born in Lewiston, Maine on June 28, 1930 to Henry and Jeanette Poulin. After graduating from Edward Little High School, she worked as a teller at Casco Bank in New Auburn. She later moved on to work for many years as a bookkeeper for Cote & Sons and Cote Brothers. In 1954 she married Joseph Normand Cote and together they raised four children. She was a long standing member of St. Louis Church in Auburn, where she and her husband hosted bingo for many years. She also was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne. Her passions included gardening, taking her children to the beach, crocheting, knitting, playing cards and games, especially with her grandchildren. Her greatest passion was dancing with her husband of 61 years. Monita was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband Joseph Normand Cote, son, Rick Cote and wife, Sue of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, daughters, Lisa Blake and husband, Ron of Turner, Gina Roberge and husband, Mike of Melbourne, Florida, and Diana Sargent and husband, Dave of Lewiston; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; her brother, Leo Poulin of St. Petersburg, Florida; and sister, Rita Callan of Danvers, Massachusetts. She was predeceased by her sister, Paulette Estes of Lynnfield, Massachusetts.

Ms. Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ (Dutkiewicz) LaPage, 70, of Melbourne, FL passed away with family by her side Monday June 29th, 2015. Betsy is survived by her two daughters Michele LaPage and Suzanne Sherman both of Melbourne as well as three grandchildren Brittany, William and Christyna. She is survived by her four brothers and sisters; Joseph “Butch” Dutkiewicz (Mary-Ellen) of Berlin, Conn., Linda Thibault (Gilbert) of Berlin, Eloise Dutkiewicz Danko of Southington and Jeffrey Dutkiewicz (Tricia), of Berlin. She is also survived by her Ex-Husband Maurice “Moe” LaPage of Tennessee and countless nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her son Michael LaPage, Sister Katherine, Aunt Evelyn (Auntie) Norton and parents Joseph and Marion Dutkiewicz. Betsy was born in Meriden, CT on April 30, 1945 to Joseph and Marion (Norton) Dutkiewicz. She graduated from Berlin High School in 1963. She married Maurice LaPage in 1964 and moved to Palm Bay, Florida in 1988 and lived there until divorcing some 15 years later and moved to Melbourne. She found employment with the Melbourne Airport Shuttle shortly after moving to FL. and worked there till present. After a long day’s work, nothing made her happier than coming home, putting on a nightshirt having a cup of coffee and doing a few crossword puzzles with Pepper the family cat. She also enjoyed gambling, stuffed giraffes and spending time with family. Her prized possession was her collection of Precious Moments in which she amassed hundreds and filled her home.She will be missed dearly by her family and friends. Gone but never forgotten!
