Edward Francis (Skip) Noonan, longtime resident of Titusville, Florida, entered into rest on Wednesday, October 5, 2016.
Skip was born on February 9, 1947 in Boston, Massachusetts to Edward Francis Noonan and Evelyn Blood Noonan. Skip served his country in the US Army earning 3 Purple Hearts and 3 Bronze Stars during his service. He served in Viet Nam and numerous duty stations in the states and overseas. He retired from active duty in 1989 and embarked upon a second career as a Quality Manager with NASA, retiring from this organization in 2011. Skip was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and enjoyed time with friends, fishing, and riding his motorcycle.
He was predeceased by his parents and two brothers, Robert Wiley Noonan and John Paul Noonan. He is survived by his former wife, Darlene Noonan; 5 children, George Noonan, John Noonan, Liza Juarez , Shawn Noonan, and Mark Noonan; a brother, Donald Christopher Noonan; two sisters, Nancy Ann Noonan and Lori Beth Broulliard; and several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
