Edward Leo MacDonald, 78, died peacefully at home on April 21, 2016.
He was born June 15, 1937, the second son of Lawrence and Helen MacDonald.
After graduating from high school he served in the United States Air Force for 12 years. He was happiest making people laugh and talking politics. He'll be remembered by family and friends for his exceptional positive attitude for life despite multiple health adversities.
He is survived by high school sweetheart and wife of 57 years, Elsie (nee' Charland); son, Scott and his wife Elizabeth and their children, Thomas and Michael of Litchfield, NH; son, Steven and his child, Joseph of Indian Harbour Beach; brother, James and his friend Flo Molettiere of Cape Coral; sisters in law, Edna MacDonald, Dorothy Charland and Joyce Charland; along with many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert MacDonald and his son, Thomas MacDonald; brother in law and sister in law, Joseph and May Cassidy; and his brother in law, Edmund Charland.
