Jack C. Jones, 82, passed away Wednesday, November 23,2016.
Born in Welland, Ontario, he has lived in Florida, since 1977.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; daughter Lori Poli (Jeff) and son Brian; grandchildren Lindsey and Ryan; sister Evelyn Fick.
