Boyd, Jere A., 84 of Melbourne, died Tuesday, October 11, 2016. He was born in Brownsville, TN on October 11, 1932. He retired from the U.S Air Force as a Tech Sergeant and served in both Korea and Vietnam. He was an avid golfer and loved to travel. Survived by his wife Diana M. Boyd (nee pitten); son, Joseph (Geralynn) Boyd of Clinton Twp., MI; stepdaughters, Susan Hopkins and Kathleen Schafer; six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Belinda Schlager on May 16, 2005. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
