James Albert Wright, Jr passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016. He was born on March 4, 1947 in Columbus, Georgia. After graduating from Central High School in Phenix City, Alabama he enlisted in the United States Air Force. He was stationed at Thule Air Force Base in Thule, Greenland as a forward radio operator. Upon returning to civilian life in Alabama he attended Troy State University earning a BS in accounting. He is retired from the accounting firm of Berman, Hopkins, Wright, and Laham. Jim enjoyed fishing, watersports, and Alabama football. He was a blood donor and organized a blood drive at his office. He served as treasurer of River Ridge HOA and Cocoa Methodist. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Marianne, two sons Jay (Rachel) and Clint and daughter Jennifer and one granddaughter.
