Michael Arthur Chergosky, age 84, of Melbourne, FL, formerly of Johnson City, NY, died on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 in Florida.
A Johnson City High School Graduate, he served in the NY Army National Guard. Mike owned Small Job Construction and many knew him by his nickname of “Cement Mike”. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to fish. He was also very adept on parallel bars and a prolific weightlifter. Mike had a great sense of humor and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
His family includes his son, Mark; brothers, Francis, Joseph, Luther (Dolores) and Lawrence (Darleen); his sister, Lorraine Kaschak; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Anna (nee Nesterick), and is brothers Louis and Thomas.
